The Suite
The human half of the layover.
A real bed, a kitchen in the room, a shower, and the barn outside the window. We take one horse group at a time. If the horses are already booked and the suite is still open, you can rent the room on its own.
The bed
The bed is the part people write us about. You walk in and the king is already made. A Nectar mattress, a Tempur-Pedic topper, firm cooling pillows and a softer set, and a sherpa throw if you want it. A lot of you sleep harder here than you expected to. A few have gone home and bought the same setup.
The room
The room is the part that lets you exhale. You walk in and it is already yours. Coffee in the kitchen if you got in late, a shower right off the bedroom when the horses are settled, and the window looking out on the barn and the round pen. Your own horses are just as close. If the night turns into a couple of days, the desk is there and the 5G is good. It feels less like a stop and more like you came home for the night.
The kitchen
Something here if you roll in late.
We keep the kitchen stocked for the nights you get in late, after the stores have closed and you are too tired for one more stop, with coffee waiting, a snack if you need one and something warm before bed, so the drive can come off you and you can stay with the horses.
To cook
Fridge with a freezer, microwave, toaster and a small sink.
Coffee
A drip pot and a Keurig. Tea, hot chocolate, sugar, creamer and honey.
A bite
Oatmeal, small candy, food bars, and popcorn,
To use
Cups, plates and bowls. Coat closet beside the kitchen. Extra bar chairs and bar top for games (available in the room)
The bath
Wash the road off.
It is right off the room, so you can clean up after the horses and actually feel like you are done for the night. You do not have to go looking for a towel. We have exceptional Terra Pure Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Lotion provided for your convenience!

The shower
It has its own full-size water heater, so you are not waiting on the house.
The towels
Rolled and ready. Come in, wash off the dust, and you are steps from the bed.

You have a wonderful view of the barn and the roundpen. Your horses are just feet from where you are sleeping.

The desk
Need to work? There is a real desk, a lamp, and wonderful 5G so you can stay on top of things. Local magazines, horse magazines, and menus are there too! We even have games if you want some fun!
While you are here
The night is already set up.
A television if you want to use one, games if the night runs long, and a bite already in the room so you do not have to go back out. We've worked to make every comfort available here for your short stay. If there's anything you want added in the future - just let us know! We are a full-service concierge service to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
The television
It is a Roku, so you can log into your own apps - it stays logged in while you're here and it logs you out when you checkout!
A bite
Candy, food bars, popcorn, cocoa, coffee (flavored, decaf, regular, drip and Keurig) and tea are available! We wanted to have things available if you arrive late and hungry!
Pets
We love animals here and have every kind come through - especially when a family is moving across the country! We've designed relief areas specifically for them. Please note that there is a separate charge for pets to cover additional cleaning when you leave.
When you arrive
We meet you at the gate!
We are there when you pull in, and we will valet the setup if you want us to. Drop the trailer and go into town (8 min away), or stay hooked and borrow the ranch truck. Deliveries (i.e. Grubhub) is allowed here! Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, trailer repair, and more are minutes away! Everything you need is closeby!
At the gate
We will meet you there and help you get settled - no matter what time you arrive. We help you to unload, get them settled, walk you through the facility, clean out your trailer and get you settled! Tired and don't want to park? We'll do it for you!
Into town
Drop your trailer and go - or stay hooked up and use the ranch truck to run around! Whatever you need we're more than happy to help you find it and get you connected!
Deliveries
Grubhub and other delivery services can come to the facility, so you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Pre-order your food and have it delivered - we'll put it in the suite for when you arrive!
The gate
You can rest. The gate is closed.
The place is fully gated, and the gates stay that way. Only clients come in. There's no public walkthrough access. You get your own code for the front gate and the suite so you can come and go as you please. There are no set hours for you to access your horse - check on them whenever you like regardless if you're staying here or somewhere nearby!
Your horses
They stay on the property. With the gates closed they can't wander off and you don't have to lie awake wondering. We are a small facility so it's easy to check on everyone - and we do nightchecks!
Your code
It's yours for the stay, on the gate and on the suite (if you reserve it). This isn't a shared code and there aren't any keys you have to keep track of. Only our clients have access to the property and pre-approved people. Gate codes are never shared. Security is essential here.
The people who stay
Mothers traveling with their kids have said this is where they could finally exhale. People moving know their things are safe here. This is a private stay for you to feel as comfortable and safe as possible. We take your peace-of-mind very seriously.
The Suite
What the night costs.
The suite is its own rate, separate from the horses. If the horses are reserved for the night and the suite it open, it can be rented on its own. Prices are flat and include tax.
