Flax Bedding
Allergy-free, dust-free, best on the market for animal health! Super soft, non-flammable, reduces odor, oil-free (won't stain coats), absorbs 4x more than shavings, great for soil (Eco-friendly), 100% natural flax!
Cleaning Protocols
Our stalls are cleaned frequently throughout the day. Everything is cleaned and disinfected between horses. We use Benefect Decon 30 - a hospital grade product which is all nautral and completely safe for horses. It kills over 99% of bacteria in 30 seconds. The primary ingredient is Thymol which is used in veterinary applications for disinfectant purposes. Click on the link to learn more!
16 Gallons Horse Hydrated Water
All of our water is filtered through a horse hydrated water filter to remove any smells and tastes - improving horse hydration! All buckets are 16 Gallons, clean, and disinfected between horse use with Botanical Decon 30.
Premium Noble Ground Feeders
Your horse is naturally designed to eat with it's head down. There are so many reasons why we use these with our boarders! They include: better Respiratory Health (raised head = more dust and particles inhaled), natural wearing of teeth, better relaxed state (head up = alert), lower strain on the skeletal system, reduced risk of colic & choking, increased chew-time and salivation for digestion, and slows down eating (can't hold as much at a time)
Full Care Facility
Blanketing, fly masks, leg wraps, turnout...whatever your horse needs (and whenever they need it) - we provide it!
Climate Controlled
Hot outside? We have a massive (and brand new) evaporative cooler in our barn insulated with Prodex, filtered misters for each run inside and out, and 20" fans for each stall!
We also have a radiant heater for the winter (infared) which warms like the sun!

Secure & Gated Private Property
Owners have individual key codes to enter the property when they wish, as well as the VRBO when they rent the room. The main entrance is a key-coded rolling gate with the rest of the property locked at night. The only people on the grounds are the ones we know about!
38' Roundpen
Located next to the barn with a view from the VRBO. Softer sand with less 'dust', more absorbency, and paint to reduce the chance of metal burns during the summer. Mats provide protection for legs, and the panels are open instead of solid to allow for better airflow & ventilation
Fully Loaded Wash Rack
Hot and cold soft water, intrepid tie-safe crossties on blocker tie rings, non-slip mat base, lighted, enclosed in the barn, blanket bar for washing and hanging blankets, Mane and Tail accessories, 12 x 12 workspace, power access
Restroom/Supplement Room
Hot and cold water, a deep sink with a multi-sprayer, fridge/freezer, measuring tools, weights, soft water, and storage - this room has everything for our boarders.
